Hrithik Roshan knows the best when it comes to fitness. The actor, who has extremely muscular and chiseled body, is giving fitness advices to all his fans through a social networking site.
Recently he was down with knee pain and went to Singapore for his knee treatment. On return, he was surprised to see that more than his films, he received queries on workout and fitness. Now that impressed this fitness freak who replies them with equal enthusiasm.
"Don't forget to stretch/warm up! Don't lift too heavy, protein supplements are great if used right, Also remember to drink water probably the only alkaline food in our diet! Consistency is paramount! Keep changing your workout everyday. Do something different." are few of the health tips he has been offering his fans.
Sometimes he not only gives workout tips but also shares his own workout secrets with them. "I'm the Ectomorph. We got to pile on the calories first, so eat well! Have everything except fried food. Fuel up every two hours if you can! My fav supplements - vitamin C, multivitamin, antioxident, L-glutamine, omega 3, creatine (only to bulk 4 short periods)."
It is believed that Hrithik took his workout tips from Salman Khan before his debut. Now it seems like Hrithik is following Salman by giving workout tips to his fans.
