National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) admits candidates in to its BA LLB and LLM courses through CLAT. National Academy of Legal Studies and Research is amongst the premier judicial institutes of India. It provides integrated BA LLB course of 5 years and LLM course of 2 years. In BA LLB course it has a total of 80 seats and 60 seats for LLM course of which 75% seats are reserved for general category. It is a reputed institute for law education in the country.

Eligibility Criteria:

For BA LLB a candidate should have qualified or passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with atleast 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories). Those who are appearing for class 12th exams in 2011 can also apply.

Also a candidate should be under 20 years of age (22 years for reserved categories) before 1st July, 2011.

For LLM candidate should have qualified with a LLB/BA LLB degree with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved categories). Those who are in final year can also apply.

Since the admission to NALSAR is through CLAT candidates need to apply for CLAT. The application forms for the CLAT examination can be availed from various branches of popular banks like State Bank of India, Indian Bank etc. One can also avail the application form from the university and law institutes that participates in the CLAT examination. Eligibility and Application Procedure for the LLM Entrance Exams

The qualification needed by an individual to pursue a course in LLM is a Bachelors degree in Law. Aspirants can avail the application from the counters of the institution of their choice. They also have an alternative to get the form by post. The third option is to download the form from the official website of the concerned university. The price of the applications may range from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 2500/-. The form that is filled up can then be dispatched to the address of the concerned institution promptly.

Common Law Admission Test-LLM (CLAT-LLM) is an All India level admission test for admission to 2 year LLM programs of national law universities. CLAT-LLM is the most important exam for the candidates who want to do post graduation in Law. Every year a very large number of students appear for CLAT-LLM and the competition to get in the National Law Universities is quite tough. The admission test is of high standard and therefore allots elite as well as highly educated students to undertake the course of LLM in these Institutes.

CLAT started as a need to have a common admission test for all the national law universities so that candidates are saved from the expenses and inconvenience of appearing in several entrance exams for different law universities. CLAT is conducted by one of the national law universities every year based on a rotational policy. There are 8 national law universities in which admission for LLM is through CLAT.

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate should have passed LLB/BA LLB degree with atleast 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved categories). Those who are in final year can also apply. The candidates that are interested in appearing for this exam should also have passed their 10+2 level with a minimum of 50% (for the General candidates) and 45% for the Scheduled Caste as well as Scheduled Tribe genera. The candidates should not be less than 20 years as on 01st of July of the ensuing year for the General based Candidates and 22 years for the SC as well as ST based candidates. Candidates that are appearing in their qualifying examination can also apply to appear in this exam but have to provide a proof of pass before taking admission in this course.

Availability of Application forms:

Candidates can get the form of CLAT-LLM through designated branches of Indian Bank, State bank of India and 11 participating National Law Schools. Candidates can also download the form through the website: www.clat.ac.in. One can also get the forms of CLAT-LLM through the CLAT office by post by sending a demand draft along with the request for form.

The candidates can also earn the application form through post. These candidates have to send a requisite letter along with mentioning of the registration number at the top, along with the signature of the respective candidate at the back of the Demand Draft. The Examination body will reply to the same in the earliest context. The Examination Body does not hold any responsibility for the loss of the requisite letter and thus the application form.

Examination Pattern:

CLAT paper will be of 2 hours and 200 marks containing questions from the following sections: Law of Contracts, Law of Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Constitutional Law & Legal Theory.

The questions will be divided as follows:

1. Objective Type: 50 questions of 1 mark each
2. Short Questions: 10 questions of 5 marks each
3. Essay Type: 2 questions of 50 marks each (There will be 2 sections containing 3 questions each out of which 1 is to be answered from each section)

Entrance Exam after 12th for B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering

The aspirants who wish to join for this course have to take part in an entrance examination. This will be organized in National level or by the concerned state universities. AIEEE is an entrance exam conducted National level for admission of students in various engineering colleges in the country. Eligibility after 12th to appear for Engineering Entrance Exams

Candidates who have successfully completed 12th or equivalent with PCM/ PCB are eligible to apply for this exam.
The secondary education should be obtained from any reputed institutions. And the minimum percentage required in this will be 60% for most of the entrance examinations.
The appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for this provided that they should submit the qualifying certificates at the time of admission.
Candidates in the age group between 17 & 25 years are only eligible to apply. Five years relaxations will be given to the deprived candidates.
